The festival will include three days of unique, science and paleontology theme vendors. Such as fossil and mineral collectors, art vendors, and more!

Given the scale of the event, we can accommodate only a limited number of vendors. If you were selected as a vendor you will be notified by April 15th.

For Commercial Booths

​Your booth includes museum admission, a lecture ticket, and a ticket to the Unveiling Party on June 5th from 6:00 to 9:00 PM.​

​

• You can set up your booth early evening June 5th or early morning June 6th.

​​

• Each 10' by 10' spot is $175 for the festival's duration.​​​

​

• Each spot is supplied with 3, 8-foot tables.

​​

• To reserve your spot, a $80 down payment is required. You may pay by mail or through PayPal. The remaining balance must be paid in full before or upon arrival.

For Educational Booths

​Your booth includes museum admission, a lecture ticket, and a ticket to the Unveiling Party on June 5th from 6:00 to 9:00 PM.​

Educational vendors will be provided booth space at no charge. However, due to the large scale of the event, we are reserving the vendor tent area exclusively for non-educational vendors. The middle outdoor section of the museum will be designated for educational vendors. Please note that the event will take place during the summer months, so we recommend that educational vendors come prepared with a pop-up tent to provide shade and protect against sun exposure.
